What Happens When Your Community Surprises You
Here's what happened when our community ripped the band-aid off.

Happy Monday. I’m writing this one after a family vacation.
I checked in with the team on Thursday last week, and honestly, the energy coming back at me was the best kind of news. The MCP workshop had just wrapped, and everyone was still buzzing.
Manisha was fielding DMs, LinkedIn messages, people helping other people troubleshoot in real time.
Probably my favorite part was hearing about Alina. She jumped in and shared her own AI prompts and guide with the group, walking people through exactly how she’s prompting Claude and what she’s getting out of it.
The part that makes that meaningful: she hadn’t even used Claude until our first MCP workshop. She went from brand-new to teaching others.
That’s the pattern I keep seeing with AI adoption. The people who rip off the band-aid and actually connect their data to AI, even if only imperfectly, end up way ahead of the people still waiting for the right moment for things to magically click.
After the MCP workshop’s success, our team is already thinking about the next layer. Connecting your data is one thing. But what if you’re not sure your data is even ready? What if the quality isn’t there yet, or you don’t know how to check?
That’s what we’re building toward next, and I think it’s going to be genuinely useful for a lot of people.
This was a superhuman week for many of our community members.
The energy was high, and a room full of people got significantly better at something challenging, helped each other along the way, and left with something they can actually use. That’s the goal every time.
