The buying journey has changed. The measurement setup hasn't.

When AI started changing the funnel…

More and more buyers are starting their research in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude well before they run a search query. Some of those sessions land in your GA4 as direct traffic. The rest are scattered referrals. 

Why? Well, the analytics infrastructure most teams are running was built before LLM-referred traffic existed at any meaningful scale.

The tricky part is the scope. Solving AI measurement properly means thinking through your GA4 configuration, buyer journey mapping, MCP server setup, pipeline attribution, and stakeholder reporting -- all at once. That's not a quick fix. It's a full curriculum.

So we started working with a partner to produce a 4-part workshop series to solve this problem. 

This is the first time MeasureU has co-produced a live workshop with another education company. I wanted to cover this topic properly, and partnering with CXL gave us the right structure to do it right.

The workshop is called "Measuring the Modern AI-Powered B2B Funnel" -- four live sessions starting April 14, every Tuesday through May 5, 90 minutes each.

Three MeasureU team members are teaching it. I'm leading Week 1 on strategy and buyer journey mapping. Julie Brade takes Weeks 2 and 4, covering GA4/GTM configuration and Looker Studio reporting. Manisha Mistry handles Week 3 on MCP server setup. Each week builds on the last, and by the end, you'll have a working measurement system -- not a list of things to figure out later.

Across the four sessions, you'll build a visual data flow map, get AI traffic properly tagged and segmented in GA4, configure an MCP server, stand up a live B2B dashboard, and put together a stakeholder-ready report.

Eight resources are included -- the CLEAN Data Framework, an MCP setup guide, a mega prompt for GA4 queries, a Looker Studio template pre-built for AI-era reporting, and more.
