Is Winning Clients the Easy Part?
The agencies that are the best at selling marketing services often have the most problems with their operations under the hood.
They create the pretty pictures, but can’t answer basic questions about who actually saw them…
Probably because they think tracking is boring or beneath their creative skills.
I’ve fought this fight for over 20 years and find that many agencies fall short in basic tracking knowledge.
Meaning they don’t have a process for:
- Strategically tracking the right metrics
- Confirming that tracking fires correctly on the site
- Getting clean conversion data back to ad platforms, consistently, the same way for every client
And if they do have a process? It’s usually the whole setup living in one person's head.
I've seen it happen so much it makes me cringe.
This gets exacerbated when that individual leaves, gets sick, or gets assigned to a new client… and suddenly nobody knows why the purchase event is firing three times or why ROAS dropped 40% after a site migration.
On Thursday, September 3rd at 12 PM ET, we’re hosting a free live session with Anni Salo, CEO of Tracklution.
Anni works with agencies on exactly this problem - owning and managing client tracking at scale - and she's going to walk us through how she thinks about it.
Her core argument? Tracking isn't a back-office task you hand off after the campaign launches. Weak or no conversion data in, weak results out.
Most of us already know this is true. Anni will provide the evidence you need to fix this problem once and for all.
If you run an agency, freelance for clients, or manage tracking for a team, this one's worth an hour of your Thursday.

P.S. The session is free, it's live, and it will be recorded. So even if you register and can't make the full hour, you'll get the replay. But the Q&A is live only. If you've got a specific tracking question you've been sitting on, bring it. Anni wants to hear it.
